Enhancements:
- [Foxtrot > Promo Codes] Updated the P&L allocation field to optional field
- If promo code applied to order has the P&L Allocation value is set to None
- Apply the discount proportionally to the A record variants (previous behavior)
- If promo code applied to order has the P&L Allocation value set to Marketing, Supplier, Bank Card
- Apply the discount to the B record with tender type: SV3
- If promo code applied to order has the P&L Allocation value is set to None
