Out of Stock Subsitutions Feature Release

The Spresso Platform now supports customer's defining their out of stock substitution preference.
On checkout, customers will be able to pick an out of stock substitution preferences of: Replace with best match, refund item, or contact me.
This feature enables retailers to better serve your customer's desires and needs and reclaim lost revenues due to out of stocks.
Please note: This feature is only enabled for clients with Xpress Admin fulfillment strategy
