Pre-Launch Order

Feature Release:

This is only applicable if the pre-launch order store is enabled for your organization.

This feature allows customers to browse and place orders at a new store before it officially opens. Orders are fulfilled on or after the store's launch date, giving shoppers early access while the store prepares for opening.

  • Select Store Modal:
    • Display a Pre-Order badge (with clock icon) on any FL marked as pre-launch order
  • PLE/PDP
    • CTA changes from ADD TO CART → PRE-ORDER
    • Add a highlighted pre-order info section
  • Cart:
    • Display Pre-Order badge next to each pre-launch order item
    • Estimated delivery date/Earliest Available Delivery Timeslot
  • Checkout
    • Display Pre-Order badge next to each item in order details
    • Customers cannot select Express Delivery timeslots that are earlier than the store launch date
    • Standard Delivery will have estimated delivery date = store opening date + FL lead time
  • Order History/Order Details
    • Display Pre-Order badge
    • Use Estimated Delivery only, no Arrives on or before copy
