Enhancements

• Update "Apply Credits" toggle at checkout to be on by default
• Support Meet at the door/Leave at the door dropoff options at checkout This applies only if the dropoff option is enabled for your organization
  • Display Meet at the door and Leave at the door at checkout for Local Delivery orders
    • Meet at the door is selected by default
