Update logic for displaying campaign badge on PLEs ("View Choice" products)
- The campaign badge will now appear on the product's PLE tile if at least one child variant has a badge.
- If multiple child variants have different badges, the badge of the first variant in the list will be displayed.
Phone number validation has been updated to support character lengths ranging from 7 to 15
