Marketing Campaigns

As a Foxtrot admin user, I am able to create and manage marketing campaigns for web and mobile application.

Overview

A Marketing Campaign is a holistic view of a single marketing initiative that is featured on web and mobile application. It is where you can tie together and see all site marketing associated with one initiative/campaign.

You will need to create a Marketing Campaign to set up a Promotion, Promo Code or Promo Variant.

  • Select components of marketing campaigns, such as promo variants, are only available if enabled for your organization.

To manage marketing campaign, navigate to the Marketing Campaigns page in Foxtrot.

Marketing Campaigns: List View

When a user navigates to the marketing campaigns page, user sees a list view of all created marketing campaigns.

  • GID is the internal unique id of the Marketing Campaign
  • Name internal facing name of the Marketing Campaign
  • Status indicates the status of the Marketing Campaign
  • Start Date and End Date shows the dates the internal Marketing Campaign will run for

Search and filter by the below fields to view a select marketing campaign:

  • Search and filter by GID

    • Please reference the individual user guides for each of these components for step by step instructions.
  • The Actions tab will display any Banner Interstitial, Interstitial, Home List Entity or News Feed that is attached to the Marketing Campaign. You can either search for the created action directly on this tab, or add the created Marketing Campaign on the action directly.
