The Inventory tab is used to view and update inventory. It is recommend to use file ingestion for bulk inventory updates but this tab can be used for adhoc adjustments (e.g. item became out of stock at a particular store).

  • As a user, I am able to see inventory levels for each store

    • Search by name, SKU or GID (Spresso internal item number)
    • Select mall
    • View inventory levels
  • As a user, I am able to adjust inventory

    • Search by name, SKU or GID (Spresso internal item number)
    • Select mall
    • Click "Edit" to edit inventory levels
    • Click "View" to see logs

      • Logs show adjustments made from Xpress Admin or Shopper App
