Deeplink Generator

As a Foxtrot admin user, I can set up deeplinks to drive users directly to the mobile app from external marketing channels.

Overview

Deeplinks are a type of link that send users directly to an installed mobile app instead of a mobile web storefront. If users open the link on desktop or don’t have the app installed, they will be taken to web or mobile web.

This feature is only available if mobile apps are enabled for your organization.

To manage deeplinks, navigate to the Deeplink Generator page in Foxtrot.

Deeplink Generator: Steps

• Under Options search for type of link you will be using to drive traffic to the site/app from external marketing channels.
  • Add additional product or category information as necessary
• Add UTMs as necessary
• Deeplink will generate at the top of the screen
  • User can copy to clipboard to apply as necessary within their external marketing channel.
