Delyva is a 3PL used to support parcel delivery in Southeast Asia.

Only applicable if Delyva is enabled for your organization.

Orders assigned to Delyva MY - Manual will receive automatic status updates once tracking number & tracking URL are entered in Xpress Admin. Refer to [Assign orders to 3PL manually] to create a Delyva MY - Manual request

šŸ“£ As status updates will be automatically updated, we recommend to not update status manually in order to prevent conflicts

šŸ“£ Creating the order must still be done manually in the Delyva portal and will be part of a future launch

šŸ“£ Cancelling an order in Xpress Admin does not automatically cancel the order in Delyva. You must cancel in Delyva separately

šŸ“£ Payment on delivery orders cannot be assigned to 3PL as Delyva does not support Payment on delivery.
