Foxtrot Admin: Users and Permissions

Foxtrot is Spresso’s primary admin tool used for managing your website and mobile apps.

Foxtrot is where you will manage variants, products, categories, dynamic content, promotions, marketing levers, users, orders and more. This guide will help you add users and manage permissions within Foxtrot.

See below for a glossary of Foxtrot Admin User definitions:

• Admin User: An internal member of your team with access to use Spresso's proprietary tools.
• Foxtrot Admin User: An internal member of your team with access to the Foxtrot admin portal.
• Foxtrot User Roles: When a Foxtrot admin user is created, you will be able to select a role for that user. Roles are scoped to Foxtrot page permissions, allowing targeted access to select features.
• Foxtrot Page Permissions: Configuration of which roles have access to which pages within Foxtrot.
