Serviceable Areas & Fulfillment

There are 3 key steps to understand serviceable areas & fulfillment:

Step 1 - Fulfiller Locations: Your system will be set up with fulfiller locations. A fulfiller location is the warehouse/retail mall where your items will be fulfilled or shipped from

Step 2 - Catalog Ingestion: When ingesting your catalog, you will be able to map SKUs to each fulfiller location. One SKU can be fulfilled from multiple Fulfiller Locations. SKU inventory and pricing is set at the fulfiller location level.

Step 3 - Serviceable Locations: Serviceable locations are defined for each fulfiller location. These are geographic areas covered by the fulfiller location. Fulfiller locations cannot have overlapping serviceable areas. These sets of serviceable locations are called a location group.
