Admin Users

As a Foxtrot admin user, you are able to create and manage other admin users.

To manage admin users, navigate to the Admin User page in Foxtrot.

Admin User: List View

  • When a user navigates to the Admin User page, user sees a list of all created admin users.
    • Email is the email address of the admin user
    • Status indicates the status of the admin user
    • Access Privileges indicates if the admin user has access to Foxtrot Admin and/or Xpress Admin
    • Role indicates the role the admin user has
    • Reset Password allows the users to send reset password link

Admin User: Search and Filters

  • Search for an existing Admin User using the below fields:
    • Search and filter by email
    • Search and filter by Status
    • Search and filter by Access Privileges
    • Search and filter by User Role

Admin User: Create and edit

  • Click Create Admin User CTA on top left of page
  • Input email address
  • Select status
    • Deleted status will block user from logging into admin portals
  • Select user role from dropdown
  • Select access privileges
    • Foxtrot Admin: Access to Foxtrot admin portal
    • Xpress Admin: Access to Xpress admin portal
      • Xpress Admin will only be available if enabled for your organization.
