Ahamove

Ahamove is a 3PL used to support parcel delivery in Southeast Asia.

Only applicable if Ahamove is enabled for your organization.

Ahamove is integrated into Xpress Admin to support:

• Order creation with 3PL:
  • Refer to [Assign orders to 3PL manually] to create order with 3PL manually.
  • Refer to [Assign to orders to 3PL via API] to create order with 3PL via API
• Sharing delivery tracking information with the customer (if supported by the 3PL)
• Cancel order with 3PL
  • Refer to [Cancel a manual 3PL request] to cancel 3PL request manually
  • Refer to [Cancel a 3PL request] to cancel 3PL request created via API
