Fast Orders

This feature is only applicable if Xpress Admin service is enabled for your organization.

Fast Delivery allows customers to receive their local delivery or pickup orders as quickly as possible (e.g., within 2 hours). In addition to the existing scheduled delivery option, the system now supports Fast Delivery.

Configurations

  1. Fast Delivery (Mall-Level) – Xpress Admin
  • Fast Delivery is enabled per mall.
  • To enable:
  1. Go to the Configuration page → select the Fast Delivery tab.
  2. Check the Fast Delivery option to enable it.
  3. Enter Fast Delivery SLA (hours): the time allowed to fulfill a fast delivery order (e.g., setting it to 1 means the order must be delivered within 1 hour).
  4. Enter Fast Delivery Capacity: the maximum number of concurrent fast delivery orders allowed at any time.
  • Separate Fast Delivery configurations can be applied for B2B and B2C orders if your organization requires.
  • Fast Delivery is only available during mall operating hours and respects temporary timeslot configurations.
  1. Eligible Fulfillment Methods
  • Fast Delivery is only available for Local Delivery or Pickup.
  • If an order does not use Local Delivery or Pickup, the Fast Delivery option will not be shown.

  1. Fast Delivery Location Group – Foxtrot
  • Each fulfiller location can have a Fast Delivery location group.
  • The Fast Delivery group must be a subset of the Express Location Group.
  • To enable:
  1. Go to Location Group in Foxtrot.
  2. Add a new group as usual (suggest to include “Fast” in the group name (to differentiate).)
  3. Use Location Group Bulk Update to define locations in this group.
  4. Use Store Mapping to map the Fast Delivery group with a mall.
  1. Eligible Fast Delivery Variants – Inventory File
  • Use the fast_delivery_eligible field in the inventory file to define variant eligibility per fulfiller location (optional).
    • Boolean values: 0 = false, 1 = true.
  • The variant’s fulfillment method (fulfillment_method) must include Local Delivery / Pickup (0,1 or 1) to be eligible when fast_delivery_eligible = 1.
  1. Fast Delivery Fee – Foxtrot
  • To configure delivery fees for Fast Delivery orders:
  1. Go to Delivery Fee Config in Foxtrot.
  2. Create a new fee or edit an existing one.
  • Select Fast Delivery only if you want the fee to apply exclusively to Fast Delivery orders.
  • If not selected, Fast Delivery orders will use the same fee as current Local Delivery/Pickup orders.
